ENGLISH - The Skin has been updated to the newer TrueTransparency (v0.9.X)!
This skin is in fact an amendment to the Skin "Vista Aero Glass":

The difference is that this has Skin color in Cyan, who remembers the color of Emerald. The Skin is also shown for Desktops with green and blue colors. There were some changes to adapt to Skin is the new version of TrueTransparency (v0.9.X), see the details:
> The Glow of the buttons (both active and inactive windows of normal and maximized) received slight changes in color "Cyan." The colors of the buttons are special features of this Skin.
> The windows were maximized in color Cyan and "Aqua", with semi-transparency and more contrast.
> The Font was defined as "Tahoma", with 8 px.
> The Shadows of the Skin of a standard of relevance, with greater opacity in relationship to earlier.

A diferença é que esta Skin possui coloração em Ciano, que lembra a cor da Esmeralda. A Skin também é indicada para Desktops com cores verdes e azuis. Houve algumas alterações para que Skin se adaptasse para a nova versão do TrueTransparency (v0.9.X), veja os detalhes:
> O Glow dos botões (tanto ativos e inativos das janelas normais e maximizadas) receberam leves modificações na cor "Ciano". As cores dos botões são características especiais desta Skin.
> As janelas maximizadas receberam coloração em Ciano e "Aqua", com semi-transparencia e mais contraste.
> A Fonte foi definida como "Tahoma", com 8 px.
> As Sombras desta Skin possuem um padrão de relevância, com maior opacidade em relação á anterior.
